Sabrina Phillips is Founder and CEO of Blue Capay Ventures, a FINRA-registered investment banking and strategic advisory firm built to champion visionary founders, emerging managers, and mission-driven organizations shaping the future of technology, AI, clean energy, infrastructure and inclusive innovation.

A former Morgan Stanley executive with more than 20 years of global capital markets experience, Sabrina brings institutional expertise, entrepreneurial conviction and relationship-driven leadership to every engagement. Through Blue Capay, she helps innovators access capital, strategic guidance and trusted relationships that support long-term growth and transformative impact.

Prior to founding Blue Capay Ventures, Sabrina served as a Vice President at Salomon Brothers and an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch. She graduated from Harvard University and resides with her family near San Francisco.
